Fitness & Fellowship
Join us for a fun fellowship and a great workout on Sundays from 5:00-8:00 pm (except the first Sunday of each month) in the Fellowship Hall.
Pickleball is a paddle sport created for all ages and skill levels. The rules are simple and the game is easy for beginners to learn, but can develop into a quick, fast-paced, competitive game for experienced players. Learn More
Prayer & Movement
Join us as we pray and move to worship music in this stretch and cardio style fitness class. We meet Monday nights from 6:00-6:45 pm in the Student Center. Classes run from Sept-Nov and Jan-May.
You will want to wear clothing you can move in, bring some water to drink and a mat if you have one (or borrow one of ours). Activity level is beginner to intermediate. If you are new to fitness, this is a great place to start!
